What a surprise!!

Hey there......guess what. It’s turning out not so bad. The kids are doing really well, it seems that Alia knows how to sleep after all (in the car anyway). The trick is that we leave our hotel at 4am, transferring the kids to their car seats as carefully as possible so as not to wake them (ya right). They end up sleeping till about 8am (WOW). By the time they wake up we have already put in 4 hours of driving. We have been stopping by about 1pm and enjoying an afternoon of swimming or playing at the park. This wacky schedule leave us friekin’ exhausted, but it is all about the kids, isn’t it? And what’s a bit of exhaustion compared to the other option, which is listening to the kids shrieking for four hours straight. I’ll try to update again tomorrow as I have a funny exhausted parenting blunder to report. Hey, it wasn’t my oops this time!
